October Update

Hello everyone! Things are going well here in Colombia. I am still tutoring in math and English at the student center and helping with the lunches. Last week we had a garage sell for the students which helped to provide inexpensive clothing and other things for them to buy. The purpose for all of these services is to build relationships with the students which is something that takes time.

Here's something that's new: I have moved out of the house where I was staying. The couple who live there came back to Colombia.  I am now staying at the house where the mission office is located.  It is closer to the student center, so my commute is shorter.

Thing for which to pray:
•That I will build good relationships with the students
•That the students will be reached and discipled with the Gospel

It shall come to pass in the latter days 

that the mountain of the house of the Yahweh 

shall be established as the highest of the mountains, 

and it shall be lifted up above the hills.
