Merry Christmas!

Luke 2:10-11
And the angel said to them, "Don't be afraid, for behold,
I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.
For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord."

Here is a brief update for all of you. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.

As I mentioned earlier, I am continuing to work with the displaced indigenous here in Bogotá. I have been going to the shelter to visit with the Chamí. Since those who have stayed are ones have did not know very well, I have trying to get to know them better during my visits.

I have written a series of Bible stories to teach during my visits. They are evangelistic in nature and focus on the three themes following Christ, who is Christ, and forgiveness of sins. Please continue to pray for me that I would have wisdom as I seek to teach them the gospel.

I will also be traveling to the States for Christmas. Please pray for safe travel and that it will be a time of refreshing time to relax and visit with family as we celebrate the incarnation of our glorious Savior. I am especially excited about meeting my new niece for the first time.

~Psalm 98:3-4~
He has remembered his steadfast love and faithfulness to the house of Israel.
All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth;
break forth into joyous song and sing praises!
