Hello everybody! I hope all is well with each of you.  Thank you for your prayers. Here's an update.

I am continuing to meet several times a week with the Chamí believers.  Stan, with whom I have been working, has gone back to the States for a three months for stateside. So I am now working with them by myself. Please pray that they will continue to grow in the Lord as I disciple them in the Word. Also pray that others among the Chamí in Bogotá will come to know the Lord through these believers and that a strong church will be planted among them.

Another thing that I have been doing the past few weeks is teaching English.  There is a building downtown, close to the shelter, that where a feeding program is run.  They have let us use their facilities to hold meetings when we have a larger group with whom to meet.  They asked us if we would teach a ten-week English course. So, every Saturday, we have been teaching English. This enables us to build relationships with those who take the class and those who run the building. and feeding program.  Please pray that good relationships will be build that lead to other coming to know the Lord.

Also pray as I continue to conduct research on the various people groups of Colombia. Please continue to pray that my research will go well.

Points for Prayer:
• That I will be able to do the much needed research of the indigenous groups in Colombia.
• That I will be able to engage the displaced indigenous downtown with the gospel and disciple new believers.
• That the English class will go well and relationships build that further the gospel.
• That I will be devoted to the Word, prayer, and the tasks at hand and grow closer to the Lord every day.
• That God's Name would be great among all peoples as the gospel is proclaimed.

Again, thank you for praying.
